The name itself means the house of the sea breeze, in this case we mention the fresh breezes of cool ocean air, are coming in from of the seaside located city of Portimão, passes between the hilly slopes of the Arade river and reaches towards the property location to cool off the summer temperatures.

 

 

 

This property is located on the south banks of the river Arade in a environment protected area near Silves, named Arrochela. The word Arrochela comes from the elder Moorish times, by meaning the hill area is a fortress point to defend the city of Silves for invaders coming over the river.

 

 

 

The surroundings of this property is breathtaking due to the variation of the existing nature features such as the wildlife, the unspoilt rough hills, the various sweet water streams and the stunning free views from the property out.

 

 

The concept consist of a total renovation and a transformation to a comfortable holiday house with respect for the specific minimalistic architecture of the house itself, it used to be a small farmhouse.
